1. What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, and country, passed to us by the payment provider so we can deliver the product and handle support and refunds.
- Emails you send us.
- Basic website analytics, if analytics are enabled on this site: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source, in aggregate.
We never see or store your card number. That is handled entirely by the payment provider.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the files you paid for.
- To answer support requests and process refunds.
- To send you updated versions of the product you bought.
- To send occasional emails about related products or free material. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to what you already bought.
3. Who else touches your data
Only the services required to run this: the payment provider (payment, invoicing, delivery), an email service (delivery and support), and the website host. Each processes your data only to provide that service. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anybody.
4. How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it — normally within a few days, and in any case within one month. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer verify a past purchase, so download your files first.
6. Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. If analytics or a payment widget are enabled, those services may set their own cookies; you can block them in your browser without breaking your ability to buy, download, or read the product.
7. Children
This product is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
