Terms of Purchase
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Who you are buying from
This product is sold by Frostmark ("we", "us"). Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record and issues your invoice. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself; these terms apply to the product.
2. What you are buying
The Frostmark Method is a digital educational product delivered as downloadable PDF documents and template files. There is no physical item. There is no scheduled coaching, no live session, and no ongoing service included in the purchase price unless stated explicitly on the sales page at the time you bought.
3. Delivery
Files are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, via an on-screen download link and a link emailed to the address you provide at checkout. If delivery fails for any reason, contact us and we will send the files directly.
4. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files.
- You may: read them, print them for your own use, apply everything in them to your own projects, and commercially exploit the films and videos you make using these methods. We claim no rights in your work.
- You may not: resell, share, republish, upload, translate for distribution, or otherwise redistribute the files or substantial extracts from them; use them to create a competing product; or share your download link publicly.
5. Third-party tools
This product describes how to use software and platforms operated by other companies. Those companies are independent of Frostmark. We are not affiliated with them, not endorsed by them, and not responsible for their pricing, availability, terms, output, or content policies — all of which can change at any time. Any costs you incur with those platforms are separate from and additional to the price of this product, and are yours alone.
6. No guarantee of results
This product teaches a craft. It is not a business opportunity and it makes no income claim. Any numbers mentioned describe our own production costs or our own channel's measured performance and are not typical, not a projection, and not a promise. What you achieve depends on your own work, your stories, your judgement, and factors outside anyone's control.
7. Liability
The product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update the product; buyers get updates to the version they purchased at no extra cost. We may update these terms for future purchases, but the terms that apply to you are the ones published on the date you bought.
